The sun has got it’s hat on and it’s came out to play – at last. Weather in Glasgow glorious today – long may it last. Hoping it encourages a few of my plants to flower.

My Encgubacea Purpurea came yesterday. I was out with the girls last night so didn’t get a chance to see them. Was up early this morning though and was out in the PJs planting them – you’ve got to catch the sun here while you can.

Sitting at my desk now looking out at the sun – can’t wait to finish and go home to the garden. Family may have to starve tonight.

Have a little bush in bloom – last year it looked as if it had given up but gave it some harsh pruning and kept my fingers crossed – and thankfully it worked. Will take some photos tonight – can show you the garden without the rain for once.

Went a walk at lunchtime – along a farm road and passed a few wee flowers that I thought were really sweet. Will have to take camera next week so one of you can let me know if they are weeds or wild flowers.

Climbing Tinto tomorrow – forecast says sun again – (large hill near Biggar) – will collapse in garden with a glass of vino tomorrow night.

Seaburngirl

had its hat on in e. yorks but i forgot the sun block as i started in a shady place and forgot it moves :o(
back is slightly pink but lots of after sun slapped on.
