Hi folks,
A bit early today ref theis evenings blog (ive escaped to the gite)
Its a really hot one today 25° and so as you cam imagine its a sweaty job trimming the wisteria and the ivy,
Ive found bird nest i didnt know we’re there and spiders i wish i hadn’t found,

The gite outside area is taking shape and im stating there for a few days so i can get on with the outside area’s
Im only home for dinner and then it should have cooled down a bit and so more outside clipping of the wisteria,

Its a smashing climber and nothing looks nicer when its all in bloom “but boy” it grows very fast.

The gite is in a very quiet hamlet and most of the people who live there are related in one way or another so they all know each other.
It’s nice having neighbours like these but murder trying to do any work as they all pop up for a chat and everything comes to a halt.
Well im having an early dinner so i can get back so I’ll say have a nice evening and i hope the weathers been kind to you today.
Regards dungy

Yes, very warm here too Dungy(not 25 but warm) alrhough a bit of cloud and lots of wind which seems to be a permanent fixture this year here in Essex.
It's a nice job you've got, even if it is hot work!

It's been pleasantly warm here. Sounds like an idyllic lifestyle you've got there Dungy, apart from the spiders that is. Enjoy your dinner.

Cold and windy - again. Can you send a bit of sun in this direction - Lancashire?

Hi folks and as always thanks for reading the blog,
"Tuesdaybear", Sun sent today & should get to you by friday,
Ive been strimming another section of the hedging to the side of the cottage, (only the same amount to go) and then its the box to trim and the soil to rotovate and ive had new instructions today that the BBQ would look really nice if it had a lick of paint,
But its a nice gite and all around there are fields,
I woke this morning to the Lambs making their "im hungry" noise and as i got out of the shower "window's wide open (nobody to look in) the hens had decided to take a walk down from the farm and see who was in the gite.

It's a lovely part of france here and im so pleased we took the chance and moved here,
"it could have been the worst thing we ever did and if that was the case we couldnt have bought our old home back and started again",
Well after dinner im going back to the gite and paint the BBQ and then im sitting outside until about 11pm and bed.
So be good and enjoy your gardening,
Regards Dungy.
