Good morning earth lovers,
Well as the opening title says it’s raining “again” and the good news is this coming sunday it’s tobe in the 80"s!
“Has the world gone mad”
I just cant wait to get onto my borders and get that start we all need at the begining of the season,
Ive one bed i made two years ago infront of one of the garden benches and it’s full of wall flowers and tulips
the wall flowers have buds just bursting to open and the first good sunny day and this bed will really look it’s part,
talking about garden seats, I feel every garden should have some form of seating,
It’s the one thing every gardener should make sure they set like concrete into their days gardening " a few minutes to just sit and admire your gardening work and what you have done.
We all tend to do hell and all and then put the tools away and go in for dinner “day done”
the birds enjoy your efforts “but do you really just sit and look”?
But gardeners being gardeners they dont just “look”
no they plan (I must just get that one weed out, How did i miss that one! or tomorrow i’ll do this or that!!!!!
Ring any bells?
We’ve a two acre house garden and its all lawn and beds and i bought a field not far away (5min walk) im going to make into an allotment starting next year and i’ll make sure i have a seat on that piece of land so i can sit at the end of the day and have 5 minutes to enjoy and plan. (even if it’s under cover just watching the rain)

Seats at both ends of my garden near both ponds plus the set on the patio, I like to sit near the water and watch and listen but I do get fidgety and spot something that needs attention, hoping to be able to sit out soon after last years lousy summer it will be a treat....

lol :O) I have 7 seating areas in my garden for bird watching and garden watching and just to watch the world go by. But eh ho that is one of the issues with old age you just have to keep sitting down - what a brilliant excuse not to do much. lol :O) Just need the weather now to go out and sit and watch. :O)))))) Happy Gardening to you too. :O)
