My Chucks have a great life and are well taken care off as you can see by these photos

This is the chuck house

And this is only a small part of the area they can run around in all day long. Untill I put them to bed for safe keeping

We used to try to persuade our bantams to go into the hen house at night - we didn't always succeed particularly when they were broody!

I have the same problem as well Moongrower My problem is getting the chucks to come out during the day . They will not leave their eggs, I have to pick them up and put them outside so they can run around. I do love the eggs but I do keep them for that I just enjoy watching the chickens
