awww what a shame,dont know how anyone could neglect any animal, well done Donnah you will see a big change in the poor thing in a few weeks..a youg girl over the road from me has gone to Spain for a week..one neighbour asked me to go in the girls back garden with her ..she has only left a rabbit & guinea pig in hutches with no one to feed or water them ..so me & neighbour have been doing so ...aghhh so annoyed like you..

If I were you I'd arrange an escape, take them somewhere where they'll be appreciated.

Oh Donnah Im so pleased you were there to rescue the poor little things, it is so upsetting when you see cruelty to animals that goes on all around us, I like you get so angry and upset, anyway I hope the vet can sort the little bird out and I would be interested to hear how he/she goes on.

Donnah you are so kind to look after the poor thing well done, you'd wouldn't have rested if you'd left it!

Donnah, if this bird was put into the sale by the owner it might be an idea to contact the RSPCA and report the incident. It is a cruelty issue. I hope when you take him to the vet tomorrow he can make things right for this poor creature. I hope you will give us an update when you can.

Good for you Donna, My self and H,I,D, we rescue Cats and we re home them when we can. We have 21 cats in total that have been left and abandoned.Just because they where ill, and wound of cost them to be made well again. WELL DONE I SAY DONNA.

that just wot i was going to say, rspca wiston, i thort they kept an eye on these things , its disgusting leaveing a poor defencless animal in that state , we rescued a dog last year , took me 3 weeks to catch him ,found the owner , who rang me 3 weeks later cos she did not want him bak after all my trouble. beleave me ,i wanted to .............................. well u no . it really upsets me. but gudon you hun xx

Well done Donna, surely the organisers of this sale bear some responsibilty for this , as well as the seller. I'd report the bloody lot of them. Sorry but Im so annoyed !!!!!!!!

Mavis if I had not bought him he would have gone back with the owner But I will be reporting this to the correct people to see if they can do something about the breeder

well done donnah,i couldnt have left it either,as for the rabbit and pig,take them away and tell them they died,ive gone into the back yard of a man who i saw mistreat a dog for weeks,got up the courage when i saw him leave and took the dog,she lived with my mum til she died and she was spoilt rotten and such a brill little animal,he didnt even notice for a week,go on donnah break his arm

Pleased that you are going to report this, some people may think well it is only a bird, but no animal deserves to be treated like this.Hope he recovers.
