Dogwood's Profile

I live in a 1 bed ground floor flat with my wonderful husband and our beautiful little dog,the love of our lives.We have done a lot of work trying to make our garden pretty and welcoming for the birds.Unfortunately we have a very sad,annoying neighbour upstairs who likes to moan if even a branch of a shrub touches his fence.We are now working on our front garden and have planted a cherry tree to add some colour and to offer the birds something else to land on.He has already complained and said the roots could cause problems.It is about 6 feet from the flat and I am trying to find out if he is right.
