Actually Lincslass, he's not on a shed, he's on the roof of the house opposite mine. Then he moved and sat on their chimney for a while. Brilliant to see.

they look very odd on a fence or tree branch... and a ptereodactyl when they fly over!-- the funniest thing is when the swallows-- joined by the crows --mob him and drive him away
