Here is a quick and easy Pizza recipe which is low fat.
(for 2 people) Handy to make when coming in from the garden, or for a hot day supper.

4 slices of wholemeal bread toasted on one side under the grill. Spread untoasted sides with Olive Oil. Cover with sliced Tomatoes.
Add sprinkle of Black Pepper and dried Basil. Add 6 slices of Leerdammer or other low fat cheese. Then more sliced
Tomatoes on top. Cook 2 slices at a time, for 2 mins on High in the microwave oven.

Enjoy whilst watching the Tour de France on Channel 24.

Not very keen on cycle racing Diane, but, the pizza slices sound good.
My greenhouse is doing well and I think I may have a glut of Tomatoes this year so will need to make lots of soup for the winter, I think!
