I'm a brand new gardener with the time now that the children have flown - well nearly!
2010 has been the first year I've really started to grow things in the garden and I've focussed on vegetables with some soft fruits. I have a long rear garden - mainly grassed - but with borders all round and a nice growing bed at the bottom next to my shed. The garden has a wall across the bottom, one side is hedged and the other is panelled.
