We have a vegetable garden and flower garden, and find that we are torn between the two!. As we dont eat much meat the vegetable garden usually wins. We have learnt from trial and error and a very good neighbour. We started growing veg about 10 years ago with the usual toms and runners, and now grow quite a few different veg and the freezer is usually full of various soups and veg lasagnes / pasta bakes! We look forward to the growing season all year and spend the winter planning it. It has given us so much pleasure to grow and then eat!
