I need treatment!!

We are off to Suffolk on Friday for a week. We decided to go shopping this afternoon rather than Wednesday morning so I have a full day to bake and sort various things out.

One of the shops we went to was Morrison, I found 2 plants had fallen into my basket!! A deep red Hollyhock and a centeura. OH says I am addicted to buying plants. I cannot walk past a plant stall on the market without buying a plant, so heaven knows what will happen if I come across plant sales whilst we are away. I need to get several plants in the ground before we go away.

I nipped out into the garden this afternoon before we went out and took a photo of the Crown Imperial.

I'm sure that Suffolk will have a few Nurseries/Garden Centres for you to find.
One which may be of interest:

I don't think it's an addiction, it's a charitable compulsion to re-home plants. Anyway from what other purchase do you get so much enjoyment for so long?

Morrison's employs a garden gnome who's job is to slip plants into baskets when you aren't looking, or so it seems as I always seem to gain one too! He is obviously psychic as it's always a plant I would like, so he's doing his job.
The Crown Imperial is lovely, I have only grown these for the first time this year and have one orange one out and others in bud.
Have a great time and leave room in the boot for the odd homeless plant.

I have to bring a/some plants home with me but I don't eat cake and biscuits now so my plants are a replacement, thats my story and I'm sticking to it....

I'm the same! Every weekend since January I've bought plants and then again on Tuesday's when I do the food shopping I buy more plants or gardening things!!

I also have this problem but treatment isn't necessary, just a bigger garden would be nice.

I am getting better at walking past things in Morrisons. When my OH witters about it I point out that it is cheaper than a bunch of flowers and they last longer. him being a cautious Yorkshire man can appreciate the logic of that :o)

The picture of the Crown Imperial is a stunner - I have not grown one of those - I think that is about to change thanks for sharing
