I can somehow tell you love Christmas! lol. It all looks great. I love the fire and the wreaths. I can't pick a favourite, I love them all. A lot of work has gone into them. How talented.

Sue
Its lovely you could leave it there until Easter!

Christmas isn't over until the 12th night Sue, so you can leave all your decorations where they are :o) The wreaths are pretty, and it's clever of you to have made them yourself.
Your living room looks nice and cosy, just what's needed for this time of year !

Hi Sue..
Those lights and decorations look so welcoming.
I'm glad you are leaving them up a while longer.

Wonderful display inside and out and I love those wreaths. I dont take my decorations down till 12th night as we like to make Christmas last right to the very last day.

Thank you all very much, lets hope they last till next year as i picked most of the bits up at car boot sales, it was good fun making them. I will not be taking the dec's down for a few days yet as it took so long to put them up hehe :0)

its all lovely and festive. Nostalgic for me too because your fireplace and log box are so like my mother's that it brought a lump to my throat!
Haven't heard from your OH for ages - good wishes for 2014 to both of you, and drive safely!

Lovely! I love the lights at Christmas...especially the outdoor ones. However, I usually take mine down pretty early, and my tree came down yesterday because it was looking so awful and dead. I'll probably take the rest down tomorrow, before the New Year. Fresh start, fresh decoration...some pots of forced bulbs are what I need in January!

Looks lovely Sue and I too would hang onto them as long as possible, the whole place looks so bright and cheerful, ours always stay up so we can bring in the new year in a festive way......
