Happy Birthday a day late.You did have a good time and lovely photographs to share with us. I love that magnolia stellata. I did not realise they grew so big. I also love your new clematis. I would have been unable to resist that glorious viburnum. Thank you for a look at what is happening in Hampshire. We are still enjoying howling winds and lots of rain. In between heavy showers I have been trying to get my potatoes planted but had to call off yesterday as I was getting more mud on my boots than soil in the potato pots. Just over the garden wall on the village green the daffodils are valiantly struggling to stay upright.

Thank you Scotsgran, and Teds. It was a lovely day but a little windy. The Stellata was huge, and the Viburnum, well ... have you ever had that feeling that you should have stretched the moneypot and bought it ?...only thing is that I havent really got anywhere to put one like that at the moment.

Thanks Hywel. Sticki that drive was the entrance way to the Garden centre. It was lovely, long and different daffs all the way up.
