Season ending

I used to be in the garden all year round - there always seemed to be something to do,
but these days I just can't do it any more .....

It's nice to look forward to the spring :)

Here the sun is shining and a fair amount of nice blue sky, although quite cold its actually dry on the pathways, always a bonus to my mind as I always think the damp seeps through everything and makes you uncomfortable whereby a warm jacket combats against the cold, parts of my garden do not seem to want to go to sleep yet, I really don't mind as long as spring still appears on time, in fact it would be good if winter is as short as last years was.
I guess thats wishful thinking on my part, lol....

I wish I'd finished doing that!

Me too Burk. Last cut of the grass done, plants in the greenhouse, dead leaves cut back one more tidy up of tree leaves. Nearly there. I was told it is to be a very cold winter.

Years ago on the allotment I used to say " By the time I have finished getting ready for winter - its spring !
