my fernery

Is their a proper name to call a fernery,I,m sure the Victorians would have had one.
Anyway I,ve spent a good two or three hours working on my “fernery”.Digging and adding compost,and looked on the web for plants that don,t mind shade,so I,ve dug up aquelegias, welsh poppy,(arrived from somewhere) and planted some asters,the lable says semi-shade so they went in, then I moved some ferns, added the flowering plants,and bless it ,it started to rain,
but the amount we got was the difference between a peck on the cheek,and a good snog,I just got a peck!!!,So I have now watered and though I say so myself it is looking allright.
