Drooping Lilacs

I planted 4 Lilac bushes earlier this May and now my shrubbery are starting to droop. The plants appear to be wilting, however the leaves feel healthy, not limp and weak like normal wilting. The shrubs are in partial shade and recieve plenty of water, planted in clay like soil. I can’t figure this out…. Can someone help ASAP, before I loose my entire landscape?
