How exciting! Looking forward to further progress reports... it's like DIY SOS...but outside. I don't do mornings either - and am up till 2 or 3 at night most nights, so 8 a.m. feels like the middle of the night, not surprised you felt groggy all day.

Bamboo, yes it IS a bit like DIY SOS except I'm the designer! I'm sooo tired now I can't tell you!, maybe this will be the catalyst to my reverting back to a 'normal' sleeping pattern!

Thanks Helen, nor me lol.

Thanks Diane :o)

We`re busy outside so I`m reading the blogs all in one go ,lol, my hubby leaves home for work around 1am, consequently I am also up till the early hours, in fact an early night for me is around 1-15am, I still read a bit when in bed cos never can sleep straight away, I`m ok in the winter with these hours but it really annoys me when the sun is shining as I used to be up with the birds during my working days, we both find it very difficult to revert back to what I call a normal sleep pattern...

I know what you mean Lincs it IS difficult, but I cant see the point in going to bed if im not tired.
