I live in Devon. The earth in my garden is very good, but there are loads of snails and slugs - big orange things!
A lot of my back garden is gravel, but I have a shrub which turned into a tree over the years. It is excellent for watching the antics of the birds right outside my window.I have a ringside view. Am not a very goodgardener, but enjoy pottering.
