I am 62 years old. Born and bred in the east end of London. I had a small garden there, postage stamp sized but it was always neat and tidy. I moved to Kent in 2001 and finally retired in 2008, I live in a semi-detached house and therefore the garden spreads around the front, side & the back of the house. I love to be in the garden although I am no expert. I do my best with the knowledge I have and am pleased to have found this site where maybe I will be able to find the answers to some of my gardening questions/probelms. I find the spring time in the garden is the best time ever, seeing everything come back to life! I do not grow vegetables (yet).
