Oh my god....could the work almost be over?

Okay, so maybe not. I’ve dug up all of the veg patch and I’m currently in the process of raking it a little to break up some of the chunks. The lawn’s probably just gonna get ‘spruced up’ (i.e. raked and re-sown) but I’m not sure yet. The only real thing I need to do now is to dig the paths, line them, fill them with gravel, and I’m done. Of course, that’s like, 110ft of path, 8" deep, so it’s a bit of a chore, just at least I’m doing it while the earth is still loose and freshly dug; it should be a case of just picking it up and setting it aside; none of the intense digging I’ve just had to endure. My main concern is that I’ll not get it straight or whatever and I’ll end up with a horrible wonky garden.

But hey, I should have Tuesday to myself (Chris is having the baby) so I’ll try and get it done then. I would do some more work on it today, but I have a hot date! ;-)

Well, okay, it’s a male friend coming to take me for a sunday lunch. A jeans and T-shirt affair which will probably lead to us digging up the garden anyways, lol. But a girl can dream, can’t she?
