The hedge of Pyracantha was made to separate and, hopefully, create a shady area.
But the work is long and not yet completed.
What we see now is the area behind the house, before, during, and after the work

Obviously there is still much to do, but we finally have the house for wood fireplace, here’s how it appeared in late summer

Looks great - really good idea to do before and after - eventually, you forget what it looked like to start with. I really like that tiled paving.

Thus, it was hard work, I must say that my husband has not been spared in helping me, the really heavy work was his.
