Why not help bees and butterflies?

I decided that eventhough I have a variety of plants I would make sure that I had flowers that th bees and butterflies would love. So whlist in my local Wilkinson I saw a packet of wildflowers which have noted on the pack that bees and butterflies like them. I decided that I would plant them , as I do like bees and butterflies.
I also am concerned about the decline in bees.

For some reason, there are no instructions excpet to rake them in.
No information on when to sow.

I think you're right to be concerned and we should all do what we can to encourage them. Does it say when to sow them?
