another weekend update

shock horror it didnt rain today . i put up a bit of bambo fencing around the end of patio bit but dont like it but it should weather and once i get some lights and something climbing up there hopefully it be ok . started digging up concert path . cleared most of the blackberrys at the back that space has turned out to be quite big and soil very good there . got some heather and ground cover something i cant remember now and thats all for the week my back hurts my knee hurts pooor old thing .

banboo screen looks good well done, are they round stepping stones at the end of the garden, will look our for pics when you have planted up ure new end bit..its raining again....

I think the bamboo looks well, Agnihippy, it'll soon weather down anyway! What is the path you're digging? I think there is a wee typo?! Your soil does look very good, from what I can see from your photo, and that's the main thing! Looking good so far...keep up the good work, when the joints allow!

yes getting used to the bamboo, the 2 round stepping stones you see i brought to see what thet look like i like them they have a reddish colour to them so will get some more i want the whole middle of garden turf winding path and few bushes to stop that looking straight at the house thing as you walk in . oh yes the typo concrete path is leaving .

youv'e been buzy Agnhippy, its looking good, i like your bamboo, do you know you can paint it, i use b&q fence treatment.. i like your idea of the winding path, keep us updated :) I love makeovers..
