Look what we did yesterday evening before the children went to bed.

Of course we gave them names – Buttercup (!), Speedy, and Mine. The larger one was christened Barry and he was the most useless. I think he must have been team coach? Mine took about 1/2 an hour to wake up, but then he was impressive. Probably because all the others were tired by then, lol.

oh it's ok, they were very humanely returned to the garden after only about 1 hour, and i made sure they were regularly puddled.
I tried to put them on the bird table directly, but my son spotted it and told me to move them!

Great fun Weeding. They seem to be attracted to those leaves well enough, just put some leaves on the bird table and they'll do the rest and you get away scot free without any awkward questions from you're son..

That takes me back to my childhood Weeding,I can remember having snail races with my brothers and mates in the garden ,we used to put salt on their tails to make them move faster,cant remember whether it worked though.LOL.
