Calypte anna. Central to California, sometimes Arizona. Had to look close, the throat of the other picture really made a difference. I was off, rufus dont have green backs, an allens does, identical females to both. :-) This one isn't the same, might just be female, less color.

Great photograph, tasteyg! I was mesmerized by the lily, loved it and then, whoa, the hummingbird coming in for a drink. Great job!
