An interesting wildlife and meadow garden

By Scotkat

How lucky am I :) to have a job i get up in the morning and enjoy.

The garden i was in yesterday is a challenge as it has not been touched for some time and its a beautiful garden .

My heart goes out to then as the wife of the couple is getting chemo every day and news they got last yr devasted them.

A call for help .

A journey has started for me to transform this garden back to its wonderful glory.

For now concentrating on the front, looks like a jungle but its not as bad once you get started .

But I am sleeping at night .

A lot of old groth from not just last year.

So its starting and taking it by sections I think to find what is underneath and spring has sprung and new shoots and primulas blooming from underneath a lot of tame wild birds as they feed they birds and its a suntrap.

The ladys husband took me round the back to let me see the next project they want me to tackle.

But except Rome was not built in aday ,and this is wherethe wild medow garden is a ready made place for insects .

Bricks at base of fence and archway upturned logs .

He gets toads as there is a stream at bottom of garden ,I walk over a little bridge through the garden gate to get to the garden .

Its so pretty just needs a helping hand as for now garden is not the priority.

This is another one of my large gardens I tend to .

Time out today as have been asked to make two floral arrnagments for Mothers day.
