Have a good trip Kath, not sure if you've been to Cheddar Gorge before but its grand, don't forget to buy a xmas ornament from the All Year Santa Shop, its traditional LOL, you can't miss it as Santa stands outside I really hope the weather changes for you but if not I know you'll still enjoy yourselves, if you have the time, try and fit in St Michaels Mount or The Minack Theatre or even both as well, lol, your poor hubby will be disliking me I think I just added a day to your trip..
I will be expecting a photo of you standing under the sign at Lands End, its traditional as well, oh and another of you pointing to America, lol, have a safe journey but mainly enjoy......

Oh yes, we drove past the theatre once, it was so frustrating - I would love to have gone and had a look. But I couldn't manage those steps now!

I know I did it two years ago Stera but doubt I could now, somethings still going haywire a bit and walking long distances is a no-go at the moment, it really tires me out, I think my clambering up and down days are finished now, mind you I reach 69yrs next month, lol.......

Just wish this wind and hail would stop off to Malvern Hills today.

Lincs, was it you who did a blog about the theatre a while back? I remember being enormously impressed by all those steps. You two make me feel quite ancient - you both have ages starting with a 6!

Have a wonderful time, Kath! I'm a Southerner, but I don't know the SW well. My son has been to Minack theatre and St Michael's Mount, though. I might make it some day. I could manage the steps now, but probably not if I leave it much longer!
