On a rainy day

By Scotkat

Its bucketed with rain all day long and still it rains.

One thing all in garden looking nice and lush.

I put some of my fuchsias out in the rain as they do like rainwater .

But they are now back in the greenhouse.

And I potted up my tipsy pots so they are now growing in greenhouse untill time to put outdoors.

Then I came in and made blueberry triangle scones

Now they look really tasty, if this rain keeps up we`ll all be putting on weight, lol.
Same as Pam, very windy, warm and raining intermittently, now that is a slight improvement...

I love oats - have printed off the recipe - should cheer ups up after all this cold rain. But it came at the right time for me as I'd just put Weed and Feed on the lawn.

Those scones look gorgeous Kath :) Rotten here today too! Although I love looking at the garden in the rain - I'm dreading how long the grass will be in 2 days time -My grass is usually too wet to cut for most of April/May - but getting my monies worth out of the lawn mower this year :)

Blue berry scones very tempting Scotkat. Did GEE's microwave Chocolate cake recipe again in The Mr Grumpy mug, so it didn't overflow. Grass cut in spite of a wet night. Perhaps we are all baking while it rains. We have blue skies so far today. The Discovery apple has been in heavy blossom for ages. Last year, so hot and dry early on, I went out for the paper and the blossom had gone by the time I got back!
