I just bought 2 curry plants, one for the front gadren and one for the back one - what a good idea to put it with the Lavender, thank you Sarah!

Do you know if the repels cats?

Hi Sarah65. Someone on this site is trying to identify a shrub that looks pretty much like this photo, but the RHS book says it has grey hairy undersides to the leaves, and that's not present on the version they've got. Does your plant have hairy undersides?

do the leaves of this have a very strong herby smell like rosemary or curry?
trying to identify something that looks similiar.

Lovely shape and colour...

Sarah, this is a stunning photo. well done :o)

Beautiful canopy! Quite stunning!

My single rhodo which bloomed last year has no buds this year and the foliage is brown and curled...I'm hoping that with some warm weather it may rebound...but must say I'm feeling less than optimistic.

sorry I missed this, Sarah, but better late than never aye?... That looks so beautiful and inviting...Those rhodos! I'm green with envy...lol. won't be much longer and they will be looking this way again...?

O Sarah is this the Mummy Plant 2 my Baby :) ? Its A Gorgeous Pink :)

Did you receive lots of snow blessings? Oddly a little coolness doesn't seem to hurt them! How are all your rhodos doing?

I somehow managed to miss this Sarah! Aren't they beautiful?...congrats on such a lovely clump... I had fewer this past summer than the summer before...think I've got them in the wrong spot...and since I'm moving this spring/summer I probably won't have any this year! I'm going to be asking my nieces and cousins to foster some of my bloomin' babies! lol.

I think Ceanothus is my favourite shrub. I have Puget Blue which is almost navy blue.

What an unusual flower. Are the berries good to eat?

Must be a distant cousin of one of mine!

I love the way the opening flowers show off the dark rings.

Great pic...don't see many hollyhocks these days...my Mom grew them but any attempts I've made has seen the plant covered by rust... maybe they will find a way to make a rust resistant strain...I'd buy it!!

Would you believe that this is a wildflower on the prairies!! I bought one that the label said was white...but when it bloomed...it wasn't..I love it anyway!

Great! I remember using Salal leaves for wreaths and backing but never saw or used the berries! Lucky you, Sarah.
