Just lovely,Carole..and I agree,they are never too young to learn..Thomas loves going too,since 6 months old..If you want,we could go swimming on Saturday,instead of the pub for a bar meal ! Lol xx

What lovely photos Carole, so good to not to be afraid of water, and they look like they are having lots of fun.I used to take Grace and Lewis when they were little.Grace took to it like a duck to water, and her and her friend have just completed their second 'channel swim' raising money for Aspire.Lewis not so interested, but at least he can swim.

Well done Grace! you must be very proud of her Val, Izzy is almost there now just needs to lift her head out of the water, apparently she is happier with it under water lol and Sam isnt keen on water at all, so maybe he will take a little longer to warm to it!!

Great to learn the swimming !

I swim with my head out of the water, hate getting my face wet and can't stand being splashed! I am full of admiration for these three little ones - good for them and you can see the enjoyment of their lovely little faces. Brilliant photos, really made me smile :)

Pansy that is a brilliant blog, so much fun to be had in the water and they are certainly enjoying themselves and it will all go to helping them be safe in and around water. I think we all wish we had been lucky enough to have lessons at their age, its great to see children water confident. I was a swimming teacher/coach for a number of years and seeing the ones with fear learning how to overcome their fears was something which I shall never forget. Wonderful memories for me. Lottie already gets dunked under the water, initially she closed her eyes but now just opens them and the look on her face is so funny, great to see so many children with fantastic parents encouraging their youngsters to be safe around the water. Well done parents and grandparents for taking the time to spend with lessons in the pool. A very valuable skill. :O)
