A Double Celebration

Some of you may have seen my Blog with Simon and Clare on the Wainwrights Walk trail, Well Im very proud to let you know that they have just completed the final one of 214, and celebrated in style on top of Haystacks last weekend.

It turned out to be a double celebration as not only did they achieve their goal but Simon Proposed to Clare at the top of the Mountain. Clare was in shock when he got down on one knee and popped the question. Then pulled a small bottle of Champange and two glasses out of his rucksack when the answer was YES!

I didnt know we had such a romantic son, needless to say we are both very pleased and thrilled and we couldnt have chosen a more perfect partner for him!
