Looks like a chinadoxa, commonly known as 'Glory of the Snow'.
They grow from bulbs, I planted some last autumn and they are looking like the one in your photo. I love them, they are so dainty.
A few years ago I saw them in flower with crocuses on the front lawn of my daughter's college, they complimented each other so beautifully I have tried to recreate the display on a smaller scale beside my drive.
