There are three plants that have the little blue flowers...two are called Forget-Me-Not...and one is called Brunnera or Siberian Bugloss...the brunnera has large heartshaped leaves and the flowers come in early spring...small, pretty skyblue with yellow centres... the water f-m-n I planted beside the birdbath and it loved the dousing every time I changed the water... it forms small clumps and blooms in June... it can live at the waterside and doesn't mind it's roots being wet... I have a pic of it on my page, you may have to look for it though...it's back a few pages now.... the other I just planted a pkg of seed in May and it is 24" tall and blooming it's head off with slightly larger solid blue flowers... will take a pic of this and the brunnera a post them....so you can look at them...

Blue flowers (especially sky blue ones) really appeal to me... I have two in bloom at present...I planted a whole package of Forget-Me-Nots thinking they were the small waterloving type...but they are the taller ones and they seem a little out of place towering above the other plants but the blue is a wonderful punctuation mark...the other is the perennial lobelia... blue blue blue....love it!

We have wild garlic growing in the hedgerow behind us, that has a triangular stem. It is the characteristic that we use to identify the plants.

just type it in the search place at the top of the page...and the members with the plant will pop up... I love this site!!

Hello Nadia, I cannot get back to the original correspondence and now I totally forgot which plant identification I helped with. Sp sorry, but I've seen so many pics here in the last few days, it's been dazzling!
Anyway, this plant is lovely, I call it a succulent and I have some in my garden in a "gravelly" planter. Mine are doing very well and keep getting babies.
