Miffed

I am a bit miffed and think I will be following the rest of you with T&M.

I ordered 5 Coleus Canina, Scardy cat plants from them and when they were delivered, every one of them had the stems broken off.

I sent them an email and they haven’t even had the decency to acknowledge my email. I am glad I did have some cuttings from last year, so let’s hope they sprout forth so that I can take some cuttings from the.

I know they are sold on the local market, but at £2.50 a throw, that is a bit much!

Rant over and back to bed!

How annoying for you. I know from past experience how frustrating ignored letters / emails can be.
T&M, it would seem, is a company to avoid at all costs. Personally I hate big companys that don't appreciate their customers - They should remember "The Customer Is Always Right".

I gave up on T&M two years ago, after yet another mistake on their part, when they didn't have the courtesy to respond to my e-mail or telephoone calls. When they finally deigned to get in touch, they said they had been 'busy' (presumably dealing with other complaints)

I have stopped dealing with T&M, their plants so often were disappointing - dried out, half dead, broken, unhealthy etc etc.. Now Dobies... they are VERY different! I can recommend them!

I have always found J.Parkers to be very reliable & all the plants I have had from them are still going strong.
Dobies I havent tried but will do i'm sure.

I had a bad experience with plants from J.Parkers - I would use them for bulbs but nothing else

MMMMM Well, I have taken an executive decision and unsubscribed from T&M and requested I am removed from their mailing lists. Why? well, they just don't seem to be interested in their customers .... especially once they have your money.

Haven't heard of J. Parker's, but I am just going to have a looksee at what they do.

If you get any magazines, a catalogue drops out! As Andrew said, I would only buy bulbs from them - and have done - not plants.
