There are two Butterfly bushes Gardengnome. Planted side by side. A pink and a white. I can see where you thought it was a tricolor. They grow into each other and the pink flowers fade a bit after a while.

Yes they are Zinias Gardengnome

Those verigated Iris leaves look great too.
