I am very very happy, I have been able to plant all my bulbs. Morrisons had some lovely baby daffos, tulips and crocuses and some other plants. I had a great time in the garden. It was not cold either but grey only.

Thank you Jacque! It is so nice to be outside, I am an outdoor person. Sorry to hear about the geraniums, but you got to potter about in your greenhouse, great!

Glad you were able to get out and get your hands dirty Michaella. There is still a foot of snow in my back garden but it was drip dripping a bit this afternoon..... :o)

That will look so great soon in your garden. I have never had any luck with bulbs, but always enjoyed others. Nice job done and now wait for the rewards.

u've also unwittingly cheered me up gardenwise. Now i know i'm not the only person trying to catch up w bulbs in January.
Since starting work last summer I've hardly been able to find time to do ANYTHING in my poor garden, but this has strengthened my resolve to keep trying, even if it's just in short fits and starts, or yes, in the dark.
Spring will have to come along eventually... : ))
Thx Michaella!

My pleasure Weeding. I went to QD just to browse about.
They were selling some beautiful bulbs for under 50 pence
I did not buy any as I was not sure if it would have been too late to put them in the ground now. The ones I bought yesterday from Morrisons they were in pots and sprouted.
Therefore felt ok about them, they look happy in the ground today.
