I have been at it since this morning, the SUN is still at it, hot here at the minute too...my car said 22C :)))) I had to stop everything around 11.30am thinking I had a meeting at my F C's school only to find out it has been cancelled grrrrrrrrrrrr, I could have done so much in that wasted time :((((( the weather is going to change by early this evening and down for the rest of the week..so it was very annoying losing this precious time in the garden :((((((( going to quickly eat something, then out again to carry on before school finishes :))))))

The sun must shine on the righteous as we have grey skies, steady rain and strong winds to come later! How lucky are we?!!!

I am just about to put on my waterproofs and get out there if only to pick a bunch of flowers and pull up a few weeds!!

Can not lie, had half an hour of intermittant sun, before the grey clouds covered it up. Very nice it was too................now must get back to work. Jx

It has actually got quite warm here this afternoon and the sun has been shining believe it or not. Went out to do a bit of tying in etc as the wind had got to one or two, and I agree Grandmage, it was nice to feel the sun. Unfortunately it's clouded over again now, so no doubt it will be back to wind/rain again pretty soon. :( The long range forecast doesn't look too promising either. Sorry to be a Jobs comforter.

A mostly grey day, the forecast was for rain at 4pm, and on the dot it did....

It's sooooooo windy and cold and rainy here in North Yorkshire. Got the heating on full blast. I did see the sun earlier for an hour or so, but it has well and truely gone. It's the wind I hate more than anything. Jx

Windy and grey here now but I did manage to fill a few pots.......just hope they don't get battered ton bits.....

Why is it when I had a week off work last week the weather was rubbish, but the day I return back to work the sun comes out! Someone's having a laugh up there :-)

Good day here as well and I was looking forward to a day in the garden but hubby and daughter fancied a trip out, so I also know it was good in Nottingham as thats where we ended up, bit breezy around the castle and down by the river but otherwise very nice...

I am thrilled to tell you we had sun almost all day here....but every time I went out...brrrr...freezing cold wind. Far too cold to sit outside but I did manage to get some work done...brrrrrrr!

Our daughter and her family are travelling up to Edinburgh tomorrow hope the weather improves, 8 hours is a long time to be stuck in a car with little ones.....

Well I must be one of the righteous, as we are having fine , not ever so warm, but dry weather.I don't mind as long as I can get out there!

So hot so suddenly yesterday we expected a storm, but it's threatening to be even hotter today! Sun's just up and I swear I can see the garden plants reaching up to it! Come on Summer!!!!!!

We have had rain all last night and will be wet all through the weekend, so I went out to buy more plants to plant... whilst the going is good with the 'Free' water, I am on a meter. :(((

I spoke too soon, torrential rain all day!

Beginning of this week the sun is shining. Even this morning (Wednesday) blue sky few white clouds......get out the sun tan cream quick....no I haven't the time today to sunbathe!!!!!! Gardens everywhere are colourful. Perhaps the bees will be more content with the warmth, poor things have had a bad start to the year. I keep on buying more plants....spaces are getting less to plant them in though......LOL
