Great News!
Wanted to share this with all our friends from Grows on You! We’ve had an email today from a freelance picture researcher who wants pictures of our garden to include in a new publication called “Great Gardens of the World”. Apparently there are 60 gardens in the book – can’t believe they’ve chosen us as one of them!

Hi both - you must be thrilled! (and quite rightly) You are going to be famous - even more than you are already, I mean - yes please keep us informed about progress, won't you! Do you get to choose the pictures or will they come and take some new ones?

Many thanks for your kind comments everyone. We've been in touch with the author today and apparently the book will be published towards the end of 2008 - so a good gift idea for next Christmas perhaps!
The book will be split into sections - Cottage, Coastal, Oriental etc. so should be extremely interesting.
We get to choose the photos Spritz - we had 2 wonderful professional photographers here last year so, hopefully, we can use some of their images.
Book signings at Harrods next Christmas Andrew, ha ha.

Well done you! That must have been great news to get your hard work and efforts rewarded like this in something which can be shared with other enthusiasts and is a fantastic legacy for you and your family.
Let us know what it is called and when it has been published and i will certainly purchase a copy or two.
