Little did I think my Telegraph Cucumber plant would yeald so many cucumbers, I grew 5 in some in pots too in the greenhouse but only got 3 off all those ones, then they shrivelled up & died but the one I grew in the soil boarder in the greenhouse has grown & grown, it’s taking over the greenhouse, glad I only grew one in the ground LOL, I have been giving some away, I picked 5 of them yesterday and lots in the weeks gone past & there are an other couple coming along, we will look like a cucumber soon seeing we are eating so many LOL.

well done. they look good and healthy.
I usually grow a mini cucumber and I start 3 seeds and plant only the best one and give the others away. OH planted all 3 and we are picking 5-8 every day. and I don't really like them!

so I can sympathise there ladyessex.

Really good. I grow the smaller variety and have lots and lots of cuc but my plants don't look too healthy but produce well. I feed them, keep them humid, in their own greenhouse.

Good job you like them isn't it, I thought my plants were going to be a failiure, very slow at first and seemed to take ages to produce the first cucumber, now they are doing well, like yours they are scrambling across the g'house and I have also reached the giving away stage..

I grew mine in pots and grow bags and they were brilliant, also. They are a variety called Femspot although I know Telegraph is a very popular, reliable variety.
We too couldn't eat or give them away quick enough. Just eating the last one still now which we picked couple weeks ago but there are fOur more coming even though I thought they were finished.
