What a great suggestion, Jackie - and I know where to get some, too! Do you think that the millet would ATTRACT birds, rather than scare them, which is what I would really like? That would be fun. Failing this, I could buy budgerigar millet seed stems at the pet store and have them protruding from the scarecrow. Imagine - a scarecrow who can't even scare birds, just like the story/movie, and a great photo opportunity. The kids would love that. Many, many thanx for that!
