Work begins in the new garden

Much as I want to live in the garden right now and put it to rights there are still many, many boxes to be dealt with indoors so I do bits here and there when I can. At least all the garbage is gone now and I can get to the soil
These are the front beds, still lots of weeding to do but getting there.
Much work to do at the back. After straightening up the frame I found mint growing in it so it has become my herb garden. Currently only mint, parsley and chives but will be joined by others one day.
The patio is also a work in progress, mainly furniture, random plants, pots and soil at the moment but at least we can sit out there now without looking at garbage.
So much to do, can’t wait to get all the unpacking done and get out there!

I moved just two years ago and am still in the throes of geting both garden and house sorted. I can understand what you mean when you want to spend all your time in the garden. I am the same. The garden is as important as the house to me.
You seem to be getting to grips with it. I'm sure your patio is going to be briliant, and you will be able to look out on to it even in winter, through those lovely double doors.

Your garden is already looking quite good. You have a wonderful space to work with. Best of luck on your plans.
