I suspected that he was back, little signs in the garden – half a walnut shell, bulbs dug up, Chloe sniffing around intently first thing each morning…..

OK, so I know I’m a soft touch but I caught the bus into town today to buy some peanuts so that if he calls tomorrow there will be something tasty for his breakfast. Bet there’s lots of you out there who would have done the same :)

I hope he will be back tomorrow, the peanuts are already in place! I used a zoom lens, Great, it's got 75-300mm written on it, if that means anything :) I just know I can take close ups with it!

I would love him to visit me and be mesmerised too! Yes I know a lot of people consider them to be pests but how can you not go "Ahh ?"

Even that they are grey and not red, they are still lovely, we have 3 that visit most days, 2 fat ones and a baby one, they come right up to the house..:o)

Lovely blog - we had a squirrel in our old house and I'll never forget the time my cat and him met on top of the fence - the cat backed down!!!

I have quite a few in my garden Gee...they have a good feed, after they have
fed, they put on a display for me, by doing somersaults, and running
along the top of my fence, racing each other.....so funny to watch...
As Grannysue mentioned...people do regard them as Rats with tails, they
are still cute & funny to me...do love your pics Gee..: > )))
