Well I wonder what Stanley would say if he knew a pussycat was chewing his lead... Lol.

Lovely set of pics, Gee.
I'm glad the spaniel was collected to be taken home safely... :o)

Love the blog Gee, I agree with you about the sky being so blue. At this time of the year it seem's a brighter colour :)

I think that photo of the puddle is beautiful - what interesting shapes. It looks as though it was windy when it froze.

Lovely walk Gee, that is a quaint looking church and I loved the woodstore, it sort of goes with the surroundings..
That carpet of snowdrops is a lovely sight and I lke your pic of the swirling ice...
Lucky little dog and I agree with Amy, had it escaped or just let loose ? looks a cute little fellow and obviously friendly...

The little dog jumped over a garden fence to join us and, although we tried to discourage it, it just kept following us. The lady who answered the phone sounded very concerned and the little girl, who accompanied the driver, and the dog were very pleased to see each other :)

Thanks, Stereogram, I had no idea what had made the shapes in the ice. It has been very windy the previous day.

The patterns in the puddle remind me of contours on a weather map! ... What a glorious blue sky ... love the idea of a thatched roof garage ... and the church looks to be an unusual design ... :o)

Lovely interesting winters outing Gee. Those spaniels are so full of life and energy, fizz and and go. Wanted a bit of doggy company probably. That puddle looked weird. Watched David Hockney's take on his Yorkshire country surroundings last night. Makes heavy use of digital technology and whole of the Royal Academy given to him to display a huge number of pictures. He sketches on an i pad!
