Nice :o) All we need now is the weather to go with them and it will be perfect.
I love that variegated ivy.

Thanks for your lovely comments. My garden is very waterlogged still, TT, but not showing on the surface - just squelchy!

Sticky, I do all my blogs in Powerpoint, saving them as JPEG files for GoY. The text was WordArt which is part of Powerpoint. Before retirement, part of my job was setting up presentations for the Infection Control Team and various consultants so this is the package I became used to.

Trotty is one of my favourites - he still pops into the kitchen for a few mealworms whenever I open the back door :)

lovely blog, and Yippee, Gee has a sign of spring in the garden,...........SPRING.. that has such a lovely sound about it, thanks Gee you just cheered me up.

Smashing blog Gee! Just makes you realize how busy the plants really are getting ready for spring, when all we usually see is the dead stuff from last summer. I think our forebears had much more patience than we have now, and wouldn't be wishing the time away, but would enjoy each season for it's necessity. There that's said me piece...hurry up Spring!....:o))

You're so right, Janey. My old gardening friend, who died many years ago now, used to enjoy each season regardless of weather and had the patience of a saint :)

I love that wagtail, such wonderful birds to watch, ours have been leaving their little footprints in the snow!
I must admit I quite like the winter break from sometimes back breaking work in the garden, also gives me more time in my studio!

Love you blog and your presentation, brilliant, still working on how to do this on my Mac, I believe Power Point is a Windows program, and free to download....boo hoo.

Looks like more colour than most of us have right now, Gee . . . great to see it, and lovely pictures. Brilliant to be so "computer literate" - blog looks so good! :)

didnt know it was free! you can get windows for macs tho!
i was wondering about a mac ~ would you recommend it DD?

11 Jan, 2011

Lovely blog Gee. I see Wagtails out in the street trotting about but never in the garden. I think there are too many cats around my garden (not mine) for a trotter like Trotty.

Sticki I love my Mac, the best thing I ever bought, (watch out it will fall to pieces now) I have a 20 in imac brilliant for photos, and so easy to use. I would not want to put Windows on it because then I have to start using an anti-virus again.

I totally agree Dottydaisy about Mac, fab computers and I have been told 'you can't hack a mac'!!? don't have one at the moment, wish I did.
