I do not know exactly what digitalis you mean, but I have bought fantastic and original ones from a nursery called Marchants, near Ringmer in Sussex.

The last time the RHS listed them was back in 2003, I did see the names on some obscure German and foreign websites but I couldn't translate it but you may have better luck abroad?

Hallo again Graham. I've looked through Dobies, T&M, Mr Fothergill, Suttons, RHS and Plants of Distinction - only listings are for a number of named varieties of D.purpurea - but not Inverewe, sorry. No grandiflora at all. Sorry I can't help..

I did check the RHS plantfinder for you and the Dropmore Yellow was last listed some years ago. The other one had no listings at all, I'm afraid. I will check in my myriad seed catalogues tomorrow just in case.

ooohhh i do like this, i don't have big beds like this in my garden, but i do love this look, so i have tried to create something like this on a much smaller scale, as it's the first year in my new garden will have to wait till summer to see if it has worked, looking at this i really hope so! lol
