yes the Sonics do really work, but if any of the cats are on the old and deaf side it doesnt work for them. My neighbour had some old cats and they were the only ones I found wondering around my garden.

I also have had no luck with my hydrangeas this year although they look so healthy. I have put it down to weather conditions too much rain and little sun. They even got a little extr feed this year. We will have to keep our fingers crossed for next year.

I am making a rose garden at the top. Roses are quite new to me so it will be trial and error, some members have suggested different climbing roses. when its done i will post a photoe

Thanks xela. At the moment i have been going off names of the family. Just bought William in memory of my Dad. Also mothers day for my mum. I have a little paved area at the top of my garden which i am going to put pots and a trellis which i will grow a nice climber over. (Any idea of a good climber? ) When It done i will show a picture, just hope roses are easy to grow. Any way here goes

Two to three pieces of garlic boiled in a large pan. leave to cool and bottle. Add two tablespoons to a gallon of water put around hostas works on my hostas every time, does no harm to plants. You could try it on other plants. Would leave bottle outside because it does stink the house up.

PUT SOME GRITTY SOIL INBETWEEN YOUR ROCKS. PLANT NEPETA - LAMIUM(WHITE NANCY), CAMPANULA, mERCADONIA. WATER REGULARLY FOR FIRST MONTH UNTIL IT ALL GETS ESTABLISHED.
