Excellent i'm really pleased for you all. He must be happy if being brave enough to dit with children ours took ages to do this. My Mums cats will sit next to my girls but never on them and this is progress for them as their not used to kids.

Your garden looks a real haven great colours in the borders shame about the sun flower can always plant more next year though. I had some Claret ones at the old house in tubs they were wonderful the girls grow them from seed and were really pleased with themselves sad when they were gone.

Good point Chris you need to take it easy Jacque.
That quite a task you have there i'd seriously consider the goat thing as surgested by Amy
Mines not to bad a min fingers crossed coundn't cut it any how at mo cos moved the swing seat over to a place which looks way better it was facing the house why i do not know and now rightfully faces the garden. Only problem was we had to dig out the posts and there support things which were very deep and very anoying. This left big holes tried to save the turf but as so weedy and mossy it didn't work to well and i've had to seed them so all looks bit of a mess. Should improve quite quickly i hope, either that or i've made huge error but hay hoe you don't know unless you try somthing you guys have tought me so yay you.

That stinks some people should not compete or even go to events like this if they can't go with the spirit of it. I'd put a formal complaint in but thats me if you can prove its him he should be barred however i must advice tact if no proof cos we don't want him having any excuse to go even lower in his acts of green eyed mosterness, if you can get lower than a snakes belly.
As long as you and the furries enjoyed and everyone knows who the real winners were thats all that matters besides it must be a sad life for him to only get a prize by stealing it. Cheaters never prosper in the end as my Little gran always used to say.
Three cheers to you hip hip.....

I'm not going to swear but that silly lady in the garden centre told me to plant them out in veg patch and all would be well might just need to give them some pretection from frost she insisted. The plant plug pot said pea and had the Sweet in bracets do you really think they are done for i was really hoping that maybe i'd get some peas in few months when grown taller at least 6-10" this is based on sheer guess work and hope.
Weeding thanks for the tact and peep talk i'm just bit peeved with Garden centre lady if she wasn't sure or didn't know she should have said so.
Jackque thank you.

We back onto golf course with woodlandy bit we hear owls but never see which is a shame as never seen one wild, however whilst on subject of owls we were out in the garden the other night looking at stars romantic youd think until we heard the most horrid scream/squark very loud and seemingly close by that, that was the end of that the outside light was slamed on for nothing to be seen the noice carried on for several seconds but seemed to be moving away at first i put it down to owl but not to sure any ideas i'm hoping this wasn't owls tea and not the owl itself.

I'm with you guys on this one. Sick of going to work in dark and coming home in the dark in winter months it sucks big time and it's not even started as yet this year i'm moaning in antisipation it gets me that much.
If it were changed as apropriate admitably it would help out alot of sad sufferers.
