Lovely, Lovely Rain..........

It is tipping it down here, have not had any rain like this for months, the grass is growing as I look at it, brilliant.
We have been very busy moving all our plants (well, some) around the garden, and making new beds, the pond left us with a big hole, which is now filled in and a new bed created, pics and blog to come, at the mo just enjoying THE RAIN!!!!
I think I could well be on my own on this one, unless you live in Hampshire, the water butt must be full by now………….

No you're not on your own DD it's tipping it down here in East Berkshire too. Hooray! We have had odd bits of rain but nothing of any consequence but it sounds like it's been even worse over in Norfolk and Essex.
No need to water the garden this evening - thank goodness! :o))))

Sure has changed season overnight Mushybanna, we had a monsoon yesterday, I think it would have been the first heavy downpour my chuckies would have experienced :-)

Nice to know you have had some worthwhile rain, DD2, but please don't keep it all, we still need some down here in Kent! It's raining as I type but it just doesn't last long enough to make much difference. I'm not moaning really - I have enjoyed the sunny days but now I want to dig over the new flower bed and its like a rock :)

I enjoy rain. We've had nothing but rain all summer but I still enjoy it. I think I'm the only one in the world who does.

Gee did you get any rain, we had two good days, the grass is green. the plants look refreshed, etc, sorry to all those who are fed up with more rain.
Hywel you are Welsh of course you like the rain, whenever we went to Wales on holiday it always rained (as kids we thought it was normal)
We can expect some hot weather later this week, so they say lol
