This is all about the joys of growing succulents, OH has been growing them for many years, two years ago we decided we would like to grow more varieties, so this is part one……

Still watching good, here are some more.

Some of the flowers may be on the small side, but the detail is beautiful. for example…….

Not only the flowers, but also the leaves are attractive.

I do hope you found this blog entertaining, sorry I have not named them, still missing all my data, will post another blog later this month.

Quite a collection there, and some interesting flowers

So much variety...and as you point out, the flowers, although tiny, are beautifully formed :) If you find out the names of the plants and can add them at a later date that would be so good.

They're all looking very healthy too, DD.

Thanks ladies, Whiston I certainly will, I am hoping some are still on here somewhere.
Lincs they really look after themselves, much easier than most people realise.
San so far so good, it is the red spider mite you have to watch out for.

I love succulents also but I have never been able to keep them alive for long. I've actually grown some of these you show here but they always seem to succumb relatively quickly.

Some are more like grandmothers Wagger, Lauram what a shame, they are very popular in your country, there are some fabulous forms.

Your photos are lovely, wow, it makes me want to grow some as well, but alas just can not, away too much in Winter months. Nice to see the blog.
