i look at this tree a lot and i wonder how long did it take to do this?? was there maybe more than one? i love this tree!!

this is in asheville, north carolina. i think it is the largest home in the us. not sure i didn't pay much attention inside the house. i was just interested in the flowers and the beautiful land around the house

guinness is my boy!! he is the oldest and my buddy. he is named guinness because of the black and tan. wouldn't trade him for anything.

her face... she is the youngest of our 2 german shephard doggies. the one in the photo is Roxy, the other ( i will have to put his picture up here also... his name is guinness. they are the best.

this place is in northern south carolina. it is called Lansford Canal State Park and RIGHT NOW is the perfect time to see this wonderful site. i am planning a trip this coming weekend to take some newer photos. you can view the official south carolina parks website here

and this is the expert from the site about the lilies.
Out in the river is one of the largest known stands of rocky shoals spider lilies, tough plants that hang tight in the swift water and bloom spectacularly in a huge blanket of white in late May and early June. An easy-to-walk trail along the river leads to a viewing deck.
